Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit/debit card payment, Cheques, PayPal and Postal Orders.

We accept MasterCard,American Express Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa Debit/Credit and Visa Electron.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to buy any weapon. We therefore must verify your age. If you are paying with a MasterCard, Visa Debit/Credit Card,American Express Or PayPal then you must be 18 to posses these cards Or accounts.
If you are using Solo, Switch/UK Maestro or Visa Electron then you may be 16. We will cross reference your details with the Electoral Role, if you do not appear on this then you will be asked to provide proof of age (copy of ID acceptable).

All images are for illustrative purposes only, we do try to maintain accurate images and descriptions but products can be modified without notice.

The price shown in Euros and Dollars is a guide only. Your bank will automatically perform the conversion on the day your order is processed. International customers can pay via credit/debit card payment or Paypal only.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we supply you with a delivery schedule. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Orders under £200.00 will be charged on a weight based sliding scale,several catagories of items are post free.

Unless stated all of our items are held in stock. If you want to confirm whether an item is in stock before purchasing please contact us.

Orders are usually dispatched daily via Royal Mail or 24hr Courier.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy For UK Residents:

We operate a free returns policy if the item reaches you in sub-standard condition. You will be offered a full refund or a replacement.

YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURNS NUMBER BEFORE POSTING ANY ITEM.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY

If you have received the item and you decide you do not like it, then you must return the item at your expense and you will receive a full refund minus any shipping charges incurred.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED AND RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

Jackets And Frockcoats are made to order bespoke items and CAN NOT BE RETURNED IF YOU PROVIDED US WITH THE WRONG MEASUREMENTS

For Overseas Customers:
